Cancellation and Returns
Please be informed that all our products are handwoven and takes a lot of man hours to weave because of which we have limited stock of each product. All our products are checked twice before dispatching. However, there can be certain circumstances in which wrong or damaged product can be delivered. In such circumstances only we accept return on fulfillment on following conditions.
a. Cancellation is not possible for pre-order products
b. Cancellation can be made only before the product has been shipped, provided that no tassels and/or fall pico have been added on your request.
c. For the refund, any bank processing charges will be borne by you and will be deducted from the total before the refund.
a. Returns will only be accepted in the case of a manufacturing defect or delivery of wrong product.
b. The return request should be sent by email to email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. Requests send after 48 hours of delivery of product will not be eligible for returns.
c. In case your product is damaged, you need to email us a photo of the damaged packaging at firstname.lastname@example.org along with the return within 48 hours of delivery of the product
d. Kasidakari will be taking the responsibility for the costs of returning the goods.
e. Once we receive the product at our below mentioned address, and after proper examination of the same, the process of refund/exchange shall initiate.
1. The product being returned/exchanged must be in its original unused condition and sent along with original bill and tags intact. The process of returns will take around 7 working days.
